How long will it take me to create my video or video ad?

What can I do with a video or video ad I created using AditAll?
After you purchased the video, you can run campaigns through AditAll by selecting the Run Campaigns feature. Alternatively, you can download the video and place it anywhere you want - like you would any video file. Use it as a video ad anywhere on the Internet, or have an ad network distribute your ad. Use it on your Website or in a PowerPoint presentation. Send it in an email. The choices are many. See our User Agreement for more details on what you can and cannot do. Can any business use AditAll?
Our ads can be used for any legal business. As you browse our inventory of licensed content you will see clips with many different uses. The creativity lies in your hands. Please refer to the User Agreement for details.
Can video ads be used as TV commercials?
No. At this time video ads can not be used for TV. However, in future versions of the website this feature will be developed.
May I use Aditall to create video or video ads for my clients?
Yes. Agencies can use AditAll to create video ads and video presentations for their clients. To help with collaboration, videos can be previewed and shared through Aditall before purchasing and downloading the final result.
If I’m making many ads for various clients, how can I track them all?
After you create a video, you can include information pertaining to each ad such as: Title, Description, Client Name, Campaign Name and Comment. When you are logged in, under the Media tab, you will see both drafts and ads, and you can filter by campaign and client.
I am deliberating between two videos. Can I send them to a colleague or client for review?
Yes. When you click on a clip in the AditAll inventory, you have the option of e-mailing, or you may copy the link under the video image and send that to your colleague or client.
Who owns the rights to the videos?
When you purchase a video, you are buying a non-exclusive right to use the customized video or video ad, as described in the User Agreement.
For how long can I license a video?
Ads have a limited license period of three (3) months from the date of download on AditAll. After three (3) months, you will either have to stop using the video or you will have the ability to renew the license.
Can I use the component video or music separately from the downloaded video?
No, neither the video nor the soundtrack may be used separately. You are buying non exclusive rights to use the compiled video that you download.
May I include my logo on the video or video ad?
Yes, you may upload your company logo as a JPG or GIF to the Aditall’s website.
Will AditAll be adding more content, because I cannot find what I’m looking for in your library at this time?

How long does it take for my video to process?
In most cases, it should only take a few minutes, but can take up to 30 minutes. The more components you used, the longer the processing time. If it’s taking too long, call us at 212-488-2390 or email us at sales@aditall.com.
Can I use someone else's voice for the narration?
Yes. You can ask anybody to narrate for you. All you need is a short MP3 file of the narration. You cannot use a “sound alike” of a celebrity voice. If you want to use a celebrity’s voice, you will need to send a scanned release form from the celebrity to Support@AditAll.com.
What is the price for a video or video ad?
One video is just $149. You can also buy a subscription of 5 video ads for $495 saving you 33%.
What forms of payment does AditAll accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and checks.
Can I make changes in an ad that I have created after I have downloaded it?
No, once you have downloaded your ad, the transaction is complete. If you want to make changes, you need to create another ad.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on the ‘Account’ tab at the top of the page. Click on ‘Change My Password’. You will then be asked to input your old password and then your new password twice. Click submit and your password is changed.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you cannot remember your password, just click ‘Forgot Password?’ next to the login window and enter in your email information. You will receive two emails. In the first one, you will be asked to click on a link which will activate the next email. In the second email you will be assigned a gibberish password. You can then change your password using the instructions above.
What is the Run Campaigns feature and how does it work?
Run Campaigns is a service that distributes video created using AditAll . This self serve feature allows you to create online video ad campaigns that make use of your newly created video. You target your ad on one or more ad networks that includes thousands of premium websites, blogs and news pages. Ad placements are optimally matched to your targeted geographical audience and budget. Run Campaigns will optimize clicks to your website.
By using AditAll’s Run Campaign, you pay only for clicks to your website (CPC). The minimum budget is $50 per campaign with a 30 day minimum term. We recommend you running the campaign for at least two months.)
Running an ad campaign is charged for separately from creating the ad itself. During the creation of the campaign you will be asked to indicate your budget and this amount will be added at checkout. A 15% service charge is deducted from your advertising budget.
Can I change the parameters of my campaign?
In draft mode, a campaign can still be changed. After the campaign is activated, you can only change.the parameters by contacting support@aditall.com.
How long until I see my campaign running?
Your campaign will be activated as soon as possible, usually in as little as two business days.
I just created a video but I’m not sure if I want to run it. Can I decide later?
Yes. After you have paid for the video you created, you can find it in the Media section of your account. You will have 90 days to choose to run a campaign through AditAll Run Campaign .
Can I get a report about a campaign I am running?
Yes, if you go to your campaign section, you can view a real time report of your campaign activity. If you need a downloaded report at the end of the campaign, just e-mail AditAll at support@aditall.com.
